1. Description:
Servo energy-saving systems are available for all Lizhu machinery series. It is powered by an original German internal gear pump and a Japanese servo motor.
The closed-loop control of the pressure and flow of the injection molding machine is accomplished by precisely controlling the output torque and speed of the servo motor.
Optional equipment includes a full computer screen display, a dual-proportion hydraulic controller, an infrared safety device, a mold automatic constant temperature device, and a leak-proof spring nozzle.

3. Machine Features:
1. Vertical injection with four-column direct pressure clamping.
2. The closing and breaking control system uses Bosch servo hydraulic control components, and the clamping force ranges from 55 to 120 T. The fastest injection speed, when using ACC nitrogen and a nitrogen energy storage device, is 800mm/s. attain stability

3. Fully closed loop: Injection, pressure holding, and pre-plastic back pressure are all performed using Rexroth's high-frequency response servo valve and DPQ injection digital control card. Realize complete closed-loop control over injection speed, holding pressure, and pre-plastic back pressure.
